Discovery and Scope (1–2 Weeks)
We clarify users, workflows, integrations, and success metrics. This phase produces wireframes, a milestone plan, and a fixed or phased quote, so there are no surprises mid-build.
MVP Web or Mobile App (8–14 Weeks)
A focused MVP with core features, staging environment, and weekly demos typically takes two to three months. Complexity increases with payment gateways, multi-role systems, and third-party APIs.
Full LMS or Enterprise Platform (4–8 Months)
School LMS platforms, multi-vendor commerce systems, and automation tools need phased rollouts. We often pilot with one department or campus before full deployment.
