4. Client responsibilities
When engaging us for a project, you agree to:

- Ensure you have rights to any materials, logos, or data you supply
- Designate a point of contact for decisions and approvals
- Pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule
Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals may affect delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for a project, you receive ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for you. ElevateSol retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and general methodologies used across projects.
We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
6. Payment terms
Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may pause work and incur interest or recovery costs as permitted by law.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a project agreement, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElevateSol shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that project in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during discussions or project work, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement according to its terms. Upon termination, you pay for work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver work product paid for at the time of termination.
11. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, unless a signed project agreement specifies otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
